Nestled in the midst of the Sonoran desert is the North Arcadia community of Sincuidados. With its custom-built homes on spacious lots, the neighborhood succeeds in existing in harmony with the surrounding mountains and desert that residents call home.

Although it is located away from the noise and lights that city life can bring, the community is still within a convenient drive to the nearby golf courses, shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. The popular courses frequented by residents include Desert Mountain Golf Club, Estancia, and Silverleaf among others. Stores such as AJ’s Fine Foods, Sprouts, Target and others provide shopping opportunities. The Loop 101 freeway gives easy access to Sky Harbor airport (35 minutes). Nearby public schools reside within the Cave Creek School District while charter and private schools are also available in the area.
