DC Ranch

The community’s convenient North Arcadia location provides plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The closest include Market Street, Canyon Village, and DC Ranch Crossing. Residents will find coffee shops, upscale shopping and restaurants, and other amenities just a short drive away. The Loop 101 freeway also provides quick access to other nearby destinations like Arcadia Quarter and Kierland Commons (12 minutes) and Sky Harbor Airport (25 minutes). For school-aged children in the community, Copper Ridge Elementary and Middle School provide public education for K-8, while Chaparral High School is the 9-12 public school option in the neighborhood. Several private and charter schools are also located nearby.
